Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/ or local government entities by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:
  1. Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management.
  2. Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments.
  3. Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports.
  4. Performing traceability matrix analysis.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years working as an IV&V Lead on a large-scale software development project.
  • Must possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
  • Possession of a bachelor�s degree, and a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Desirable Qualifications:

� Possesses another PMI or SCRUM Alliance Certification.

� Minimum of two (2) years� experience in EHR implementation.

� Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, operational experience using two or more from the below list:

� AWS

� Databricks

� ServiceNow

� JIRA

� Azure DevOps

� Minimum of two (2) years' experience with the State of California Project Approval Lifecycle Purpose or Project Management Framework.

The compensation for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
