We are looking for Manual QA Test Analysts to join a
large-scale digital platform within the global payments domain. The platform
serves as a central hub for merchants worldwide, enabling them to manage
transactions, reporting, and business operations, while continuously evolving
with new products and integrations. The role sits within Agile Scrum
teams and focuses on ensuring high product quality across web, mobile, and
API-driven systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain test cases based on user stories and acceptance
criteria - Execute manual functional and usability testing for web and mobile
applications - Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing (Chrome, Firefox,
Safari, iOS, Android) - Test across application layers including UI, API, and database
- Report defects with clear reproduction steps and detailed analysis
- Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to clarify
requirements and resolve issues - Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, refinement,
and retrospectives - Support continuous improvement of testing practices within Scrum
teams - Use AI-assisted tools
to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing roles
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
- Experience testing across UI, API, and database layers
- Ability to write SQL queries for test validation
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
- Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA principles
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- English at minimum B2
level
