Summary 

The Senior Analyst of HR Analytics & Reporting supports HR and the organization with data analysis and insight generation to improve talent decisions. The role involves the development of standard reporting, responding to ad hoc requests, and supporting data governance in addition to compliance activities. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide design and documentation of HR programs like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes.

 

Qualifications & Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree or eight years directly related experience required
  • Minimum four years strong experience with data analytics required
  • Experience working with Human Resource systems or database management, UKG preferred
  • Strong understanding of metrics, data and data governance
  • Strong problem solving, attention to detail
  • Analytical with the ability to draw insightful conclusions
  • Strong process orientation and communication skills
  • Advanced-level Excel proficiency required (e. g., v-lookups, pivot tables, if/then formulas) and the ability to consolidate and manipulate large data sets with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in building reports and dashboards using PowerBI or similar

 

Job Duties 

  • Develops and produces standard reports for frequent requests of HR data from the organization.
  • Develops and produces client-specific dashboards or scorecards displaying key, relevant HR data (e.g. hiring, sourcing, retention, and productivity metrics)
  • Develops analytical models, conducts data analysis, and generates insight to inform organizational initiatives and talent decisions (e.g. strategic planning, workforce planning, external reporting)
  • Responds to ad hoc requests for HR data by probing to understand the requestor’s need, analyzing relevant data, and providing recommendations to improve decisions
  • Supports HR projects and initiatives with data analysis, insight generation, and recommendations that improve decisions.
  • Supports the development of presentation materials with relevant data, visuals, and storytelling
  • Supports data governance processes by monitoring data quality, addressing or escalating issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulation.
  • Creates and maintains standard operating procedures
  • Prepares and delivers required reports and fillings
  • Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $74,900 - $89,800 annuallyThis range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
