What You’ll Do
As a Location Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations while driving sales, developing your team, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Lead and manage all aspects of location operations
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Create a strong team culture focused on accountability and performance
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Manage administrative responsibilities, reporting, and revenue tracking
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement company strategies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage with the local community and build relationships
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment when needed
- Flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays and extended hours
