Job Description
This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

Job Summary
Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste disposal systems.
* Install and repair various plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems, in commercial buildings.
* Cut, thread, and bend pipes to specifications using hand and power tools.
* Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures made of various materials (e.g., copper, PVC, PEX, cast iron) using appropriate techniques.
* Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges and other diagnostic tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems, including clogs, leaks, and fixture malfunctions.
* Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other construction trades and project managers to ensure efficient project completion.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Document all work performed, including materials used and time spent.

Job Qualifications
* Journeyman Plumber license required.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing construction.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
