We are seeking a Sales Manager &
Team Builder—someone who can build a high-performance tele sales team from
scratch, train them, manage them, and hit multi-million revenue targets.
This role is for someone who knows how

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and scale the closing team (target: 10 to
30 people in 12 months) - Design telesales strategy for luxury products and
services - Define team KPIs (Call volume, Conversion rate, AOV,
Churn) - Daily performance monitoring and one-on-one debriefs with
closers - Design and optimize sales scripts based on objection
handling - Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality
- Weekly reporting to senior management (Forecasting,
Pipeline analysis) - Create incentive systems, internal campaigns, and sales
challenges
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of tele sales/call center management
experience in Dubai - Proven track record of building sales teams from zero
(minimum 10+ people) - Mastery of phone closing techniques and high-ticket sales
- Experience designing sales scripts, conversion funnels,
and CRM processes - Ability to train, coach, and debrief team members daily
- Hiring expertise—knows how to spot real sales talent
- Professional-level English (speaking/writing)
