Position Description
The Mexico Operations Representative assist in daily warehouse, logistics, invoicing tasks in both operative and administrative phases while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
The successful candidate is expected to be a hands-on person, eager to learn and participate in all aspects of our operations area.
This role is key for the success of achieving operational excellence and is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Key Competencies Required to be Successful as an Operations Representative
- Operate and audit our receiving processes, entering our products received in system and reporting discrepancies with our vendor and direct boss.
- Inventory audit coordination, making sure system matches physical inventory, all our products are efficiently allocated to optimize our delivery time and we are avoiding write offs and dead stock.
- Process warehouse transfers.
- Assist in our picking process by auditing the pick ticket matches our customer order and is pulled correctly and on time according to our ETA commitment.
- Delivery route planning and programming.
- Own the invoicing process including scanning all delivery related documents such as Customer Purchase Order and Invoice; RS Hughes Invoice; Customer received proof.
- Support AR process and tasks.
- Support on specific Supply Sight Programs.
- Other job duties as assigned.
