Hera Technologies is seeking a hands-on, analytical Inventory Control Lead to own and drive inventory accuracy, visibility, and process improvement across the organization. This role will lead cycle count programs, oversee SKU management (including complex sub-assemblies), and ensure inventory processes support production efficiency and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse and ERP/WMS experience (JobBoss, Epicor, Oracle, etc. highly preferred), thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve problems cross-functionally.

Base Salary Range: $70k-85k

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goodsLead and enforce a structured cycle count program, ensuring compliance, consistency, and accuracyInvestigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsManage and maintain SKU structure, including high-volume and complex sub-assembly inventoryEnsure proper material identification, traceability, and organization in compliance with AS9100 standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes, accuracy, and efficiencyUtilize ERP/WMS systems (JobBoss, Epicor, etc. preferred) to manage transactions, reporting, and inventory integrityDevelop, track, and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, WIP control, and material availabilityPartner closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on material flow and prioritiesSupport and guide inventory and warehouse personnel; lead by example in day-to-day operationsAssist with receiving, stocking, issuing, and material handling activities as neededEnsure warehouse organization, 5S standards, and efficient material flow throughout the facilityRequired QualificationsAssociates degree minimum, Bachelors degree preferred4–7+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or material management experience in a manufacturing environmentProven experience leading inventory processes such as cycle counting, audits, and reconciliationStrong ERP experience required; JobBoss, Epicor, Oracle, etc. experience strongly preferredExperience working with WMS modules and inventory transaction workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetAbility to manage large volumes of SKUs with high accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across departmentsComfortable working in a hands-on environment and supporting daily warehouse operationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace & defense manufacturingWorking knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards and traceability requirementsProfessional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or other inventory/warehouse management certificationsExperience with lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, FIFO, continuous improvement)Advanced Excel or data analysis skills (pivot tables, reporting, KPI tracking)Experience implementing or improving inventory control processes in a scaling or high-growth environmentYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
