ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Operations Support)
Salary Range: $46,612.80 - $72,259.20
Anticipated Hiring Range: $46,612.80 - $59,446.40 (commensurate with skills and experience)

Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of routine administrative and office support responsibilities, completes complex administrative processes and projects, and provides general support to the Director of Operations Support and Operations Support Division leaders. Independently records, retains, manages and reports departmental and organizational data and information. Performs related work as required.
Job Responsibilities
• Establishes, coordinates and manages administrative and office processes
• Receives and screens visitors, telephone calls to provide information regarding departmental functions relating to policies, rules and procedures – skillfully handling complaints and inquiries
• Formats, edits and proofreads materials for accuracy and completeness
• Maintains and manages departmental documents and materials including proper file designation, storage and retrieval of electronic and paper records
• Coordinates specialized and required training and maintains records of departmental certifications and licensures
• Ability to represent the Operations Support department at various meetings
• Prepares, analyzes and maintains departmental expense reports
• Compiles data and provides support for preparing the departmental budget
• Reviews contract/agreement renewal dates and ensures appropriate actions are taken
• Handles all departmental purchase card transactions and petty cash requests
• Arranges for maintenance and repair of departmental equipment
• Assists with all departmental requisitions and purchase orders
Minimum Requirements
• Associate Degree
• Over three years of experience
• Valid Driver’s License
Typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
