To perform all maintenance related activities in Crusher Section, Additive Circuit & Raw Mill section-up to CF Silo Feeding.
To track operation related activities of Crusher Section, Additive Circuit & Raw Mill section-up to CF Silo Feeding .
To maintain cleaning in Crusher Section & ensure jam free equipment.
To Coordinate with Mines, Lab & process team to ensure Limestone availability & to maintain sufficient stock of Piles.
Maximize plant availability
Walk-by Inspection of the section.
Maintaining daily records
Developing SAP data i.e. notification, order, PR etc.
Resource Planning.
Cost optimization
To optimize maintenance cost as per given budget.
Monitoring inventory.
Identifying areas where power cost can be reduced.
Modification / Kaizen
Identifying areas of improvement.
Analysing problems/ breakdown and do proper modification to avoid repetitive breakdowns
Safety & statuary compliances
Ensure proper work permit
Ensure isolation of power before start the work
Plan for TBT & safety training of manpower
