TITLE: QUALIFICATIONS:
Plumbing Journeyman
Valid drivers license.
Valid plumbing license.
Must be physically fit to lift, carry, and climb
ladders and scaffolding to perform the above.
Must be able to read blue prints.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as
the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO:
Lead Plumber
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures.
- Replacement and repair of water lines.
- Replacement and repair of gas lines
- Removal and installation of water heaters.
- Inspection of TP valves on water heaters.
- To clear/unplug sewer lines throughout the district. Replacement of sewer lines when needed.
- Performs such other tasks as may be assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Twelve-month basis. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy.
