Summary

Performs data recording, billing processing, maintain inventory of flight schedule /agreement /billing / tender /quotation other operation or billing related data   

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain the agreement inventory

  • Collect and maintain flight schedule for all businesses and prepare spreadsheet of monthly and daily flights schedule.
  • Follow established processes and procedures in collecting trip planning related data, including but not limited to vendor/customer accounting information, invoices details etc.
  • Maintain records of all contracts and keep track of the validity.
  • Daily follow up on the collection, report to manager if any
  • Assist other team members as needed.

 

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree required 
  • Aviation experience in operations and/or contract and/or finance for at least  2 years
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with solid organization and priority-setting skills.
  • High level of understanding all types of trip support business
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve complex issues using multiple resources.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Solid, professional communication skills.
  • Work well in teams, as a team player, and independently.
  • Multitasker is preferred
  • Language ability, fluent in English and Chinese
