Job Description

 

SUMMARY:

Executes excellent customer service / guest interaction skills through new club membership sign-ups, explaining club benefits and point redemption, promotional coupon input and gift / cash distribution.  Also assists with promotions, special events, merchandise sales and stocking. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ability to work a flexible schedule

•     Previous work in a guest service environment (preferred)

•     Retail sales and / or money handling experience (preferred)

•     Knowledge of basic computer skills

•     Ability to type up to 30 wpm

EDUCATION:

 

High School Diploma or GED (required)

 

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)

  • Constantly walking and standing
  • Constant hearing, seeing and talking
  • Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping
  • Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
  • Close spaces while working with others
  • Moderate noise levels
  • Excessive noise and smoke
