This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to help young people and their caregivers navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week and the schedule will be Monday 10am to 5:30pm, Tuesday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 12pm to 5pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy for children and families.

• Prepare clinical reports and evaluations as required for schools, agencies, and community partners.

• Offer consultation and collaboration with schools, community resources, clinical staff, and other programs to ensure comprehensive care.

• Serve as a mentor by supporting the supervision of graduate students when needed.

• Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with program standards.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.

• Professional CT licensure required (LCSW highly preferred; licensed-eligible considered).

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental or behavioral health setting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care.
