The Project Manager, Acquisitions & Integration runs deal-flow execution and pre-close readiness for multiple active deals. This role owns the deal checklist, information-request process, and weekly status reporting from diligence through Close and Day 1 planning, ensuring timely follow-up, clear visibility, and a clean handoff to the integration team.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the master deal checklist and timeline for each active deal (owners, due dates, phase gates).
- Issue and track information requests (request lists, follow-ups, and receipt, completeness, and routing of incoming documents and data to the right owners).
- Run the weekly deal cadence meeting and publish meeting notes and action items promptly (typically within 1 business day).
- Prepare a weekly deal status update (what’s on track, what’s late, key risks/blockers, decisions needed).
- Own SharePoint deal folders and document processing (standard folder structure, naming/versioning hygiene, and easy retrieval of key artifacts).
Tools & Reporting
- Maintain Monday.com boards for each deal (checklist, owners, dates, and status) and keep dashboards current.
- Publish the weekly status update from Monday.com for Acquisitions & Integration leadership.
- Enforce a single source of truth (Monday.com + SharePoint), reducing side trackers and version confusion.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management or operations program experience in a multi-site environment (M&A, consulting, healthcare services, field services, logistics, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with tight timelines and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, RAID, governance, communications) and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Experience operating Monday.com (or comparable tools) to track cross-functional work and provide basic reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document outcomes, build alignment, and escalate appropriately.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through; commitment to streamlined workflows and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in environmental services, waste/recycling, field services, transportation/logistics, healthcare services, or other multi-site operations.
- Experience supporting high-volume acquisition pipelines and fast-paced pre-close readiness work.
- Familiarity with Day 1 readiness topics (e.g., billing setup, customer communications, payroll/benefits transitions, systems access, fleet/asset onboarding, safety/compliance onboarding).
