As a Regional Vice President, the role oversees a geographic region of DuraServ locations in the area of sales performance and service operations with profit and loss responsibility. The scope includes leading, managing, and coaching other mid-level managers with teams. The second role as a Division Manager is responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) book of business and will manage a dedicated sales and service team. In this role, partnering with established and new customers is essential. As a senior leader, you are responsible for championing the DuraServ culture and core values that promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Lead a geographic region by providing strategic direction and oversight to all direct and indirect reports, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and overall positive financial performance.
- Manage the regional budget and assume full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, making informed financial decisions and implementing cost-saving measures to align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee both the Sales and Operations functions within the assigned region, driving alignment, efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Serve as a Division Manager who actively recruits, coaches, and retains top-tier sales talent, fostering a workplace culture known as an "employer of choice" for high-performing professionals.
- Execute targeted sales training and continuous improvement programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and meet company sales objectives.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, utilizing insights from customer and prospect data to drive the business to meet and exceed annual budget targets.
- Manage and cultivate key customer relationships, actively participating in closing strategic opportunities and assisting with managing customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Compile and leverage customer interaction data to inform sales strategies, improve customer engagement, and support best practices led by the Operations Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Combined experience in industrial equipment and services industry practices of 5 or more years with education is desirable.
- Previous experience with industrial equipment and services industry is preferred.
