Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.


Qualifications:

- Must have a valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.

- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medical terminology


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed

- Assist in the implementation of individualized patient care plans

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
