We are expanding our Personal Recruiting team to aid in providing ongoing support to clients through every stage of the job search process. This may include, but is not limited to: resume and cover letter development, LinkedIn optimization, career consulting, job sourcing, preparing applications, interview preparation, offer negotiations, and more. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding our Personal Recruiting team to aid in providing ongoing support to clients through every stage of the job search process. This may include, but is not limited to: resume and cover letter development, LinkedIn optimization, career consulting, job sourcing, preparing applications, interview preparation, offer negotiations, and more. 

Our goal is to offer flexible, remote work opportunities for recruiters that are self-motivated, proactive, and committed to positioning clients for success. 


AS A PERSONAL RECRUITER, YOU WILL:

  • Provide personalized, hands-on support to each client you choose to work with.
  • Design and execute career strategies that are tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and/or video chat to set clear expectations and next steps.
  • Develop and refine resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, and other job board profiles.
  • Source and track job opportunities with application trackers and shared resources.
  • Assist with targeted applications and coaching clients on effective follow-up.
  • Prepare clients for networking opportunities and interviews.
  • Offer guidance during offer reviews and negotiations.
  • Check-in with clients weekly to maintain engagement and momentum.


COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION 

We are actively seeking recruiters that have the capacity to request/assist a minimum of 5+ clients per month.  As a fully remote company, you control your schedule and workload based on your ability to respond to clients and fulfill services in a timely manner. Recruiters are able to request jobs that are available based on their availability and interest/experience in meeting each client’s career and preferential needs to standard. 


PAY RATES / SCHEDULE:

Personal Recruiters are compensated based on the number of clients they take on per month. Payments are made on a weekly basis (Mondays) based on your active workload as of 11:59 pm Eastern Time on Sundays. We offer competitive rates, but do not currently post them publicly. Selected candidates will receive an outline of pay rates and other FAQs prior to confirming employment. The average earnings for recruiters is between $2,000 - $7,000 per month. The primary factor is capacity/number of clients you’re able to work with each month. We have part-time and full-time positions available, and if you’re full-time, your earnings can be at the higher end of the range. We have some full-time recruiters that are above that range. 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in areas of written/verbal communication, time management, and computer literacy.
  • 1+ years of experience in personal recruiting or 3+ years in a related field (e.g. recruiting, HR, career coaching, resume, writing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ATS, the U.S. job market, and current career best practices.
  • Experience working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and accountability.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Career related certifications (e.g., NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS, etc.)
