Position Title: Receptionist (Christian Pro-Life Organization)
Classification: Non-Exempt
Type: Full-time – Weekdays – Onsite Grapevine Clinic
Reports to: Practice Manager
Summary: The receptionist provides support to the Client Services team in the daily oversight of the administrative duties of the clinic. This is a Monday – Friday, daytime position located at our Grapevine Clinic.
Essential Functions:
- Provide phone coverage for the clinic
- Greet and check-in clients for their appointments at the clinic
- Schedule client appointments and follow up on missed appointments
- Maintain client files in scheduling software and input/update information as assigned
- Provide administrative and computer support to management and other staff
- Function as a communications coordinator between individuals and groups
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, administrative and task management skills
- Previous office administration experience preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong knowledge in word, excel and Microsoft office programs
- Ability to learn new software and other computer programs as needed
- Independent and fast-paced learner
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, goal focused
- Able to work well in a team environment

- PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA State Police Criminal History Clearance
- Federal Bureau of Investigations Criminal History Clearance
