Position Overview   

As part of our newly formed Brand Experience team—the dream makers—the Manager, Brand Experience is responsible for turning creative vision into reality.
This role is for a designer and executor—someone with strong instincts, technical fluency, and a refined eye—who can take inspiration and direction and translate it into beautiful, tangible experiences across stores, windows, and events.


Responsibilities

Design Development & Execution

  • Support the design and rollout of seasonal window displays across stores, including flagship adaptations
  • Develop and execute concepts for pop-ups, events, and in-store installations
  • Design and implement decorative elements and experiential moments within retail environments
Visualization & Technical Skills
  • Create renderings, layouts, and presentations to communicate design intent
  • Translate creative direction into detailed, production-ready design packages
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency from concept through installation
Project Management
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination across multiple projects
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support installations and troubleshoot on-site as needed
Creative Contribution
  • Contribute ideas and inspiration grounded in current trends across fashion, design, and culture
  • Demonstrate a strong eye for composition, materials, and spatial storytelling
  • Help interpret elevated creative direction into scalable executions



Key qualities for success

  • 5–8 years of experience in:
    • Retail visual merchandising / window design
    • Experiential or event design
    • Interior design (retail or hospitality preferred)
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong 3D rendering and spatial visualization skills (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
  • Ability to produce clear, detailed design documentation
