About the team:

We are strengthening our Customer Competence Center Benelux team at our location in Groot-Bijgaarden. The position is limited to 18 months.

 

What you can expect as Customer Competence Center Support (m/f/d):

  • Collect and verify information required to prepare accurate quotations and standard customer orders.
  • Identify required parts and materials using the appropriate catalogues and reference tools.
  • Convert approved quotations into confirmed orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end logistics process, proactively communicating any changes in delivery schedules to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process and issue invoices for completed orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Your profile as Customer Competence Center Support (m/f/d):

  • Relevant experience in customer support, preferably within a technical or industrial environment. 
  • Basic understanding of ZF products, solutions, and processes.
  • Interest in automotive/ technical environment.
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and proactively resolve customer issues. 
  • Excellent listening skills, ensuring accurate understanding of customer needs and expectations. 
  • Demonstrates and promotes ZF Way principles, including collaboration, accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Business level proficiency in Dutch and conversational level in French. 
  • Basic knowledge of English or German is a plus.
