    Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Departmental Manager/Building Principal, the Clerk will perform clerical duties relevant to district operations for Summer Screening.  This does not constitute full time employment for 2026-2027 school year.
     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  (Essential Job Functions)
     
    1.   Regular daily attendance to perform assigned duties
     
    2.    Conduct research
     
    3.    Create presentations
     
    4.   Prepare written/digital statistical reports, studies and analysis
     
    5.   Manage projects
     
    6.   Maintain student attendance records (school clerk)
     
    7.    Check, verify and maintain health records (school clerk)
     
    8.   Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
     
    9.   Maintain confidential documents
