Description:
The ESY Tutor will provide targeted academic support to students participating in the Extended School Year program. Tutors will work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce skills in areas such as reading, writing, and math, while supporting student engagement and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group academic support
  
  
• Reinforce skills aligned with student IEP goals and classroom instruction
  
  
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet student needs
  
  
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  
  
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience working with school-aged children
  
  
• Special Education experience preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
