Job Description



An Assistant Team Leader is someone who leads and inspires the whole team, working closely with the Team Leader you'll be empowered to build an environment where the team can have fun, achieve sales targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience every time! 


What we're looking for in this leader: 





  • Proven ability to lead by example in all travel expert duties and responsibilities  

  • Exceptional communication skills  

  • Passion along with Identifying and nurture BOF of your people 

  • Strong understanding of the business, supporting the team leader finding solutions, implementing change, customer complaint resolutions 

  • Demonstrated passion for creating a great environment & culture to work in 

  • Proven ability to deliver on expectations, minimum standards and the customer experience 

  • Motivation and drive to assist with achieve targets, development of all team expertise and ensuring OBW
