Sincerus is looking for an experienced professional and a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our Training Team in support of partner nation SIGINT / EW Units.

Responsibilities:

• Advise, mentor and provide technical oversight on signals intelligence as well as supervise various Mobile Training Teams.
• Knowledgeable in the modern signal intelligence & electronic warfare doctrine and training and advise and train host country personnel on same.
• Advise on the needed signal intelligence & electronic warfare equipment, how to manage collected information via satellite and aerial photography, how to exploit and analyze various types of images, tools, and platforms, production of intelligence reports, along with any other applicable subject areas.
• Conduct effective mentoring and transformation training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have at least five (5) years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope. Must be able to direct Technical Assistance Field Team personnel and effectively interface with USG Team Chief and USG Deputy Team Chief.
• Knowledgeable in the modern signal intelligence & electronic warfare doctrine and training, signal intelligence & electronic warfare equipment, capable of conducting effective mentoring and transformation training, and present a professional appearance.
• A graduate of a signals intelligence and electronic warfare course with either the Army or USMC – no exceptions.
• 10+ years of experience in the field of SIGINT/EW, with intelligence analysis, and strategic intelligence analysis in the DoD, DoD partners, or Intelligence community
• 5+ years of experience in working directly with senior leaders and HQ's staff; ability to develop and implement intelligence plans and strategies, ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Attained the rank of 04 for Site Lead. Deputy Site Lead must have attained the rank of W2, or E-7 or higher.

• Must be willing to live abroad for 12 months.
• Are you a graduate of a signals intelligence and electronic warfare military course conducted by the US Army or USMC?

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required) or 15+ years of experience in Signals Intelligence

Experience:

• Strategic Analysis: 5 years (Required)
• Signals Intelligence/EW: 10 years (Required)

Security Clearance: SECRET

Salary: Based on experience.

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay (Sign on and completion bonuses).
