Junior Salesforce Administrator in our office in Bengaluru
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our Product Team team in Amman. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Salesforce-certified professional or a driven graduate looking to grow within a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our sales, onboarding, compliance, and client support functions.
Responsibilities
CRM Administration & User Support
- Provide first-line Salesforce support to internal users, resolving queries and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Build and manage workflows, process builder automations, and approval processes.
- Perform routine data quality audits, deduplication exercises, and import/export tasks using Data Loader.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls within Salesforce.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making across sales, operations, and compliance.
- Assist in building tailored list views and workspace layouts to improve team productivity and platform adoption.
Configuration & Development Support
- Support the configuration and testing of new Salesforce features, releases, and third-party integrations.
- Assist with sandbox management, change sets, and deployment activities under the guidance of senior administrators.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Collaboration & Projects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system enhancements.
- Support onboarding and training of new Salesforce users, promoting best practices and platform adoption.
- Contribute to continuous Sales & Service Cloud improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce security model: profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Exposure to Salesforce Flow or Apex is a plus but not required.
Soft Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a genuine interest in CRM systems and technology.
- Comfortable operating within a compliance-driven, regulated financial services environment.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly desirable; candidates actively working towards certification are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce administration, CRM support, or IT/systems role.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (production or sandbox environments).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader or similar data management tools is advantageous.
