About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Director to provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight for in-home counselors and other clinical staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery, supporting staff performance and development, and maintaining compliance with agency standards and state requirements.
The Clinical Director plays a key leadership role by overseeing hiring, training, supervision, case assignment, performance evaluations, and employee relations while also reviewing client charts to ensure accurate treatment planning and quality outcomes. This position works closely with staff and leadership to address concerns, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement across clinical services.
Responsibilities
● Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to in-home counselors and clinical staff
● Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and case assignment for clinical staff
● Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and staff development activities
● Address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions as needed
● Review client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans
● Respond to and resolve client, staff, or program-related concerns and complaints
● Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and state regulations
● Collaborate with leadership to support program goals and service quality

Requirements
● Illinois licensure as LCSW or LCPC
● Experience providing clinical supervision and leadership
● Valid State Driver’s License and active automobile insurance
● Ability to obtain an Illinois Driver’s License within thirty (30) days of hire if relocating
