Role SummaryResponsible for establishing a project upon receipt of a RFP within the proposal software
tool (Qvidian)
• Responsible for the final production and formatting of each assigned proposal
• Proficient in researching, analysing existing proposals and database content to populate
information with the most updated content
• Assess information needs, conduct research and contact functional representatives to
retrieve and coordinate all required information and manage RFP process through
completion, prior to deadline.
• Forward updates to the RFP proposal database manager with new/custom responses on a
regular basis.  
• Assist with any post-RFP submission requests including follow-up questions or requests for
additional content/materials.
• Effectively partner with different internal stakeholders
• Act as tenured RFP writer to customize the proposal & highlight the value Voya can bring to
the client
• Assists with the coordination and completion of Consultant Databases, Vendor Profiles and
Proposal Software Database updates on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual cadence through
applications such as RPAG, Envestnet, In Hub, RFP360, etc. as well as responding to IT
Security questionnaires
• Coordinate and participate/conduct planning/strategy sessions with stakeholders, sales
executives and appropriate Subject Matter Experts (senior management, legal, IT, product,
plan administration, implementation, investments, etc.) to address the scope of the RFP,
issues, product questions and establish ownership and timeframe for RFP completion
• Forward updates to the RFP proposal database manager with new/custom responses on a
regular basis
• Assist with any post-RFP submission requests including follow-up questions or requests for
additional content/materials
