Dental Hygienist – Hastings Dental
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus • Premium Pay • Part‑Time or Full time with Guaranteed Hours
Compensation: $55/hr – $65/hr (based on experience)

- Tuesday: 6:45am–5:00pm
- Thursday: 6:45am–5:00pm
- Friday: 6:45am–12:00pm

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as a Dental Hygienist
As a key clinical provider, you’ll play an essential role in educating patients, improving overall health, and delivering exceptional hygiene care. You will:
- Review, update, and take dental X‑rays while maintaining all related equipment
- Meticulously document patient care through comprehensive chart notes, detailed periodontal charting, precise probing depth measurements, and thorough narrative reports for insurance claims
- Maintain full OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilize instruments and manage hygiene supplies
- Perform Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Place fluoride varnish and sealants
- Educate patients on preventive care and the mouth–body connection
- Support patient and team relations as a trusted point of escalation
- Foster a safe, organized, and positive patient environment

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring to the Team
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A current MN RDH license
- CPR certification
- Certification in Local Anesthesia Administration
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- A patient‑centered mindset with the ability to empathize and connect with a diverse patient base
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
