GPI is seeking a Civil Site Engineer - Project Manager for our Land Development group in our Scranton, PA office.

Responsibilities:
- Review of civil engineering plans including public infrastructure, private, commercial, and residential development plans to ensure compliance with relevant codes
- Evaluation and review of stormwater management permits and plans
- Assistance and mentoring of staff on engineering and plan preparation
- Interact with clients regarding ongoing projects
- Attend meetings, including staff meetings and municipal board meetings as needed
- Assistance with public works projects for clients
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania (PA) Professional Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
- Ten plus years of experience in municipal engineering and/or private land development
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and municipal codes
- Experience with land use regulations and permitting in Pennsylvania
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
- Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
- Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails, and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
