Description

·         Gather initial requirements for new openings from hiring managers

·         Review job descriptions for consistency with requirements and work with managers to update as needed

·         Source applicants by posting openings as appropriate to various job boards, websites, education partners, etc.

·         Screen applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers regarding qualified candidates

·         Schedule interviews and collect corresponding paperwork

·         Conduct background checks and collect necessary paperwork for all potential new hires

·         Submit completed folder to the HR Team for the next phase of onboarding

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience in HR required
• 3 years of experience recruiting required
• 1 year of experience working healthcare organization required
• 1 years of experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG Ready experience preferred
• 1 year of experience conducting reference and background checks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Professional certificate in Human Resources field (PHR) preferred.
