• 3 years of experience in a machine repair or field service role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training in electro-mechanical concepts is desired but not required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of measurements, computations, and calculations.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM systems) is highly preferred.
