Are you passionate about supporting others and making a difference in daily lives? We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you'll assist residents with daily living activities and help each individual maintain their highest level of independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
  • Assist residents with meals and report any changes in eating habits
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas
  • Help residents participate in activities and move safely throughout the facility
  • Support individualized care plans and participate in care planning with families and staff
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
  • Assist with supplies, linens, and general housekeeping tasks
  • Be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and help train new team members

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an active Washington state NAC credential
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Has or is willing to obtain BLS and First Aid certifications
  • Willingness to complete required trainings
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
  • Works well in a team and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to promoting dignity, comfort, and respect in resident care
