The Role

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our Fuller Capital Product Sales team within Fuller Technologies, responsible for the India sales region.

The primary market for Fuller Feeders is the cement industry, with additional opportunities in adjacent markets. The team provides full sales support to customers, including site visits, participation in conferences, technical and commercial presentations, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and internal and external technical clarifications.

A key focus of this role is promoting Fuller feeders as innovative and sustainable solutions, supporting our customers in their efforts to reduce CO₂ emissions and improve operational efficiency.

The position is based in Chennai

Your Responsibilities

  • Sell Fuller capital feeders within the cement industry and adjacent markets
  • Proactively service existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain and continuously update the installed base within the assigned sales area, ensuring accurate input into the CRM system
  • Take full responsibility for sales performance and budget achievement in the assigned area, including support of OI budget planning
  • Act as a trusted consultant to customers by providing technical and commercial expertise
  • Cooperate closely with sales agents where applicable
  • Travel extensively within the region, with travel considered an enjoyable and integral part of the role

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably within capital equipment or industrial markets
  • Technical education, such as an engineering or technician background
  • Proven commercial experience, including contract negotiations
  • An open and flexible mindset toward working across diverse countries, cultures, and people
  • The ability to perform successfully in competitive market environments
