Veridian Lexington is seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. If you have at least one year of leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

What You�ll Do:

• Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Maintain accurate records and manage resident files
• Conduct tours and ensure units are tour-ready
• Assist with community outreach and marketing
• Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Bilingual helpful but not required
• Comfortable with property tours, including stairs and walking
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media is a plus
• Weekend availability required (especially Saturdays)
