Job Description
  • Collect payments to be deposited remotely, make cash deposit bi-monthly at local bank branch.  
  • Inspect checks for missed typed information.
  • Verify accuracy and record payments received to appropriate cash journal receipts
  • Post private pay, long term care insurance payment and operation checks to the billing system.
  • Balance accounts receivable and verify billing report printouts
  • Maintain file copies of all charge slips, debits, credits, etc., issued to residents
  • Process petty cash vouchers, reconcile and replenish petty cash fund.
  • Upload resident charges from point-of-sale system to the billing system. Research invalid charges for incorrect data entry.
  • Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department
  • Perform functions of data processor as necessary
  • Customer service. Questions from the residents and family. 

 

$21.02 - $29.32  Hourly Rate (Based on years of experience).

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Highschool / GED Required
  • 2+ years of accounting experience. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs. 
  • English language proficiency
