Job Description

Bridgeway Academy & Therapy Center is a non-profit charter school and therapy center in Columbus, Ohio, serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Grounded in a trauma-assumed, assent-based approach, Bridgeway prioritizes dignity, safety, and individualized support—meeting each learner where they are and honoring their voice. Our integrated educational and therapeutic model focuses on functional academics, communication, regulation, and independence. Middle and High School programs emphasize life skills, vocational readiness, and community-based instruction to prepare students for meaningful participation and success beyond Bridgeway.

We are currently seeking a high school intervention specialist to join our team. We are seeking compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented individuals. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with RBTs, BCBAs, paraprofessionals, and certified teachers. We value individuals who can facilitate small-group instruction, implement individualized supports, and respond thoughtfully to student needs using a trauma-assumed, assent-based approach.
