  • Design user-friendly AI experiences, including guided flows, prompts, and automation steps that can be easily adopted by non-technical business users.
  • Document AI solutions, configurations, and key design decisions to ensure they can be understood and maintained by other IT team members.
  • Support AI adoption and change management by preparing training materials, leading demos, collecting user feedback, and refining solutions based on real-world insights.
  • Monitor the performance and reliability of AI workflows and copilots, ensuring output remains aligned with business objectives and compliance expectations.
  • Stay current with emerging, relevant AI capabilities and recommend new opportunities to improve business efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Ensure AI solutions align with company AI, data governance, security, and compliance standards.
