In the mobile business-the area where the Rakuten Group is focusing its greatest efforts-we are driving business expansion by providing communication services and various solution services not only to individual customers but also to corporate customers. A robust credit management system is essential for the healthy growth of our services.
Our organization was established in June 2024 to manage and safeguard receivables arising from transactions with corporate clients. Since then, through initiatives such as problem-solving projects, we have contributed to stable business operations by establishing efficient collection processes and minimizing the risk of uncollected receivables.
We are seeking a candidate who can contribute to building strong relationships with corporate clients, is committed to continuous learning, and can drive operational improvements and risk management.
You will be responsible for planning and executing debt collection strategies. You will support collection efforts led by sales representatives and external attorneys to maximize revenue.
The mobile Corporate business has a significant impact on the Group’s overall revenue. As we are currently in a phase of organizational expansion, this position offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from establishing operational processes and driving projects to reporting to executives.

Position Details
Through the duties listed below, you will be involved in building a framework to ensure sound business expansion and smooth operations.
Credit Management Operations Planning
- Planning and implementing strategies to maximize revenue through debt collection
Debt Collection
- Follow-up on Uncollected Accounts and Related Investigations
- Issuing follow-up instructions to sales representatives and managing progress
- In addition, monitoring the progress of payment demands issued by attorneys and courts
Promoting projects in collaboration with relevant internal departments
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and taking the initiative to drive business operations and projects forward
- Practical experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in promoting corporate sales and establishing operational processes
- Experience in launching new businesses or projects
- Work experience in the following departments or similar departments
