Thank you for applying to volunteer with PVSchools. District Level Volunteers Chaperones are sometimes asked to serve in supervisory roles with students. Therefore, requiring a higher level of screening to be approved. All District Level Volunteers must complete a criminal affidavit and fingerprinting after their application is cleared. 

 

Once you complete this application and it is cleared you will receive an email from our HR department with next steps. You should receive this email within a week of receiving your application.
