Job Description

Diehl Kia of Hermitage is hiring a Customer Service Rep for our Hermitage, PA dealership! This position is an excellent starting point for advancement in one of the premier dealership groups in the state. 

Responsibilities include:
1. Answering customer phone calls

2. Scheduling service appointments

3. Customer service including follow up with customers while in the store and after the appointment

4. Assisting Service Manager with daily tasks

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office365 products such as Excel, Word, and One Drive

2. Basic knowledge of automotive DMS systems like CDK or Tekion (preferred but not necessary)

3. Timely, polite, and ambitious.
