What You�ll Do:

• Complete general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair)
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies/turns)
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and building systems
• Track and manage maintenance supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of apartment or related maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance systems and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
