What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
- Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
- Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
- Support case management and employee recovery
- Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries
- Engage employees through education and wellness programs
Qualifications
- Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- State licensure + CPR/AED certification
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year experience (or new grad program completion) preferred
Work Environment
On-site in industrial settings. You’ll be active, hands-on, and part of the team—not stuck behind a desk.
