Dialysis Registered Nurse

in Indianapolis

As an RN, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate individualized care plans for Dialysis patients.
  • Assess patient conditions and monitor treatment progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
  • Advocate for patients and facilitate communication among all parties.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and care transitions.
  • Educate patients and families on care and health management.
  • Optimize use of healthcare resources.
  • Participate in quality improvement and staff education efforts.

A few must-haves for Case Manager Nurses:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana
  • 3 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
  • Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
  • Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
