Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper/customer service/ with auto insurance experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, working directly with insurance companys and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Great customer service
- Knowledge of auto insurance great but not necessary
