Experienced Agricultural Service Technician

WCTractor is a well-established equipment dealership with 14 locations across Texas. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Agricultural Service Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in agricultural equipment diagnostics and repair, especially those with New Holland certifications or significant experience with similar equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural and light construction equipment, both in the shop and in the field

• Accurately complete work orders, reports, and documentation

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all equipment models and service guidelines

• Participate in ongoing technical training and development opportunities

• Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, professional work environment

• Deliver excellent service and support to our customers

Experienced Agricultural Service Technician Qualifications

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Technician working with agricultural or heavy equipment is required

• New Holland certifications or significant experience with New Holland equipment is strongly preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Must provide your own tools appropriate for the role

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds repeatedly
