QUALIFICATIONS |
|
Bachelor’s Degree required; in HR, Business, or a related field. |
|
Demonstrated experience coordinating personnel processes such as hiring support, documentation, timekeeping oversight, employee communication, or workplace problem-solving. |
|
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. |
|
Knowledge of or ability to learn district electronic systems including timekeeping, financial, routing, and communication platforms. |

POSITION SUMMARY |
|
Perfor Provide leadership and coordination of operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient service delivery, effective personnel support, and alignment with district procedures. Oversee day-to-day workflow, staff coordination, and departmental processes while supporting organizational goals established by leadership. Serve as the central point for operational communication, documentation, and administrative continuity within the department. |

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
Org Coordinate and oversee daily operational workflow to maintain continuity of services and efficient use of personnel resources |
|
Serve as primary dispatcher for departmental operations, monitoring activities and responding to real-time needs Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistency. |
|
Supervise assigned staff and provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance. |
|
Participate in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation activities |
|
Document performance concerns and provide recommendations regarding personnel actions. |
|
Support consistent application of district policies, procedures, and workplace expectations. |
|
Oversee administrative and clerical processes to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with district procedures. |
|
Coordinate timekeeping oversight, payroll documentation, and related administrative workflows. |
|
Monitor departmental documentation, reports, and communication processes. |
|
Support preparation of operational reports, data summaries, and required documentation. |
|
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries from staff, families, and district stakeholders. |
|
Coordinate responses to concerns, questions, or service issues and ensure appropriate follow-up. |
|
Promote positive working relationships through clear and consistent communication. |
|
Assist leadership in maintaining compliance with district policies and applicable regulations |
|
Monitor operational practices and provide feedback regarding procedural improvements. |
