Key Responsibilities




  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, listen to their concerns, and provide a welcoming, professional experience

  • Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and ensure timely service completion

  • Vehicle Consultation: Perform walk-arounds, identify maintenance needs, and recommend services using a consultative approach

  • Repair Orders & Estimates: Accurately document services, provide clear cost and time estimates, and maintain transparency throughout the process

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and quality

  • Follow-Up Communication: Keep customers informed on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction after service is completed

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed service sales goals while maintaining customer trust
