Job Description

Role Title: Pepsi Lipton EU Insights Manager

Location: Kingston

Background

Pepsi Lipton is a global joint venture organisation created between PepsiCo and Unilever in 1994 and has been growing ever since! It’s a ~$3 billion business and the global leader in Iced Tea with a presence in over 50 markets across the globe.

Iced Tea RTD (ready to drink) remains a massive growth opportunity globally, still only accounting for >5% of the LRB (Liquid Refreshment Beverages) market and yet offering distinctive and on-trend tasty refreshment experiences. Building on tea’s inherent goodness Pepsi Lipton leads for greater environmental wellbeing via an ambitious net zero goal, enhances mental wellbeing through its brand purposes, and improves physical wellbeing through significantly healthier products.

With an exciting blend of Unilever and PepsiCo employees its variety of countries, portfolios, capabilities, and bottlers makes this a very exciting place to work! We have 5 regional organisations operating across North America; Europe; Latin America; Africa, Middle East and South Asia; North and South East Asia where we are constantly breaking new ground with launches into white spaces (portfolio, channel and geographic). This role is specifically focused on Europe.

Whilst we have the backing and support of our two parent companies… our autonomous set up, tight focus and speed-boat mindset gives us real agility. Our roles are broad, our responsibilities big and our experiences even bigger. We have high visibility and great exposure – to senior leadership and to talented colleagues all over the world. It means we need to be impactful, smart influencers…and it means that we get involved in the end-to-end business and connected across geographies in a way that’s just not possible at our parent companies.

So, if you want to really challenge yourself, accelerate your skills and experience a whole new way of working… without leaving your parent company, this could be the perfect place to take your career to the next level.
