Schedule Options
- Part-time: 15+ hours per week
- Full-time: 37+ hours per week
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the store as a key holder
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, comfortable experience
- Provide product recommendations and education
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and restocking
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and trends
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Must be 18 years or older
